Otto.Money Premium Plan offers two payment plans:

1. Quarterly Payment Plan

2. Annual Payment Plan (discounted)

 

In the Quarterly Payment Plan, the fee is charged for a quarter in advance at the beginning of the quarter. This fee is not refundable. If you delete your account, the fee will not be charged from subsequent quarters.

 

The Annual Payment Plan can be cancelled at any time by deleting your account. For the time elapsed, the quarterly fee for all elapsed (full and partial) quarters will be charged along with a breakage fee of 1 additional  quarter. Any fee in excess will be refunded to your account on the original payment method.

 

As an illustration, if you sign up for the annual plan on 12th March, with a discounted annual fee of ₹ 8,000/- and the quarterly fee is ₹ 2,500/-.

If you cancel the subscription on 20th March, an amount of ₹ 5,000/- will be charged - ₹ 2,500 for the partially elapsed quarter and ₹ 2,500 as breakage fee. A refund of ₹  3,000/- will be made to the original payment method.

 

The refund will be automatically sent to the payment method that you used to make the payment. Refunds will be processed in 15 business days from account deletion.
