Delete Your Account

You can delete your Otto Money account directly from the app or request manual deletion.

Delete via the App

  1. Open the Menu from the top corner of the screen.

  2. Select Profile.

  3. Tap Help (top-right corner).

  4. Select Delete Account.

  5. Confirm by tapping Yes, Continue.

Restore Your Account

If you change your mind, you can restore your account by logging in again within 48 hours of initiating the deletion request. After the 48-hour period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Request Manual Deletion

If you would like us to delete your account on your behalf, email us at Contact@wealthbeacon.ai with your account details. Our team will process your request as soon as possible.
